In addition to the above, The UDRTI participated in a good number of National Conferences and also in the following International Conferences.

  • Participated in “2017 Workshop for Thought Leaders: Innovation in Urban Transportation for the Future City” held from Oct.30 to 3 Nov.2017 in Guangzhou Institute on Urban Innovations, Guangzhou, China.
  • Participated in “Innovative Cities India Summit-2017” held on 17-03-2017 at Bangalore and made a Presentation on “AEROTROPOLIS”.
  • Participated in “Annual Environment & Sustainability Conference-2016” held on 19-04-2016 at Bangalore and made a Presentation on “Sustainable Urbanization”.
  • Participated in “International Green Building Conference-2016” held 7 to 9 Sept.2016 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
  • Participated in “2nd Smart City Summit-2015” held at Indian Habitat Center, New Delhi On 17-02-2015 and made a Presentation.
  • Participated in “Smart City Summit-2014” held at Mumbai on 23-08-2014, and made a Presentation on “Smart Mobility”.
  • Participated in the “Workshop for Thought Leaders: Learning for Urban Innovation” held at Guangzhou, China on November 2- 6, 2015. Made a Presentation on “Urban Innovation”.
  • Participated in "Indian Green Buildings" held on 1-2 August 2013 at ITC Sonar, Kolkata and made a presentation on "Green Building Legislation"
  • Went to M I T in Boston, USA and held discussions on 06-09-2012 with Prof. DAVID M GELTNER, of the Department of Urban Studies & Planning & Director of the Center for Real Estate in M I T .
  • Participated in "Euro-India Summit" held at Belgium 14-10-2011 and made presentation on "Effective Urban Governance through INCREASE in Municipal Revenues".
  • Seminar on Urban Infrastructure Development: “Investment Opportunities in Gujarat:” -The learning Curve, participated in interactive panel discussion on “Business and Investment Opportunities in Affordable Housing & Mobility”. Conducted by CII/Govt. of Gujarat on 12th June 2010 at Ahmedabad.
  • International Conference on “Intelligent Urbanization Smart Solutions for Inclusive & Sustainable Communities” Submitted a paper on The Impact of Culture Development on Effective urbanizing System in the World conducted by CII New Delhi on 6-7 May 2010 at New Delhi.
  • The Partnership summit 2010 “Global Partnerships: Meeting Challenges” held on 22-24 Jan.2010 at Chennai.
  • The Partnership summit 2009 “Building Partnership in a post -Crisis world” held on 19-20 Jan.2009 at New Delhi.
  • International Conference on “Indian Reality, Gearing ahead Urbanization in Emerging India at Bangalore International Exhibition Center BIEC), Bangalore, on 21-22.Oct.2008 presented articles too in the Conference.
  • Good Governance India, 3rd International Conference and exhibition on public works, municipal services and urban development held on 23-26 January 2004 at Bandra- Kurla Complex, Mumbai.
